Fair Isle Sampler Table Runner

Learn traditional Fair Isle patterns by making a Fair Isle sampler as a table runner. You will learn how to work with two strands of
yarn at a time, how to pick up your floats and finishing skills that includes steeking and picking up stitches.  May 3 is the show and tell date during LYS Evening Handwork.

Materials List:
Pattern available on Ravelry Fair Isle Sampler Pattern
5 colors of sport or DK weight yarn, knitting needle needed for gauge, stitch markers, tapestry needle.
Would work well in Rowan Felted Tweed, Andorra by Kelbourne Woolens, Berroco Ultra Wool DK, or even Valley Tweed (fingering wt) by Rowan (would need to adjust needle)

Gauge swatch completed as per pattern instructions.

Skill Details: Advanced Beginner
Requirements: Should be comfortable with Knit, Purl and picking up stitches.
