Learn to Cable: Knit a Cowl In Classroom & Zoom

Are you ready to learn to cable knit?  Let's start with a simple cable and make a cable sampler cowl.  Learn this technique and you will be ready to move on to more challenging patterns.  You can even join the LYS Cable Club and fall in love with cabling!

In this class you will learn increasing stitches, both left and right, and of course you will learn to knit cables. 

Materials List:
Cable Sampler Cowl Pattern - on Ravelry
Heavy Worsted or Aran Wt. Yarn - 100 gms  (Suggested yarns include Cozy Alpaca, Malabrigo Rios, Moonshine)
Size 8 - 16 inch circular needle OR size 8 DPN needles (or size to get gauge) - shop sample is made with US 9 Circular Needle
Cable Needle
Stitch Markers
Removeable Markers
Row Counter
Tapestry needle

HOMEWORK before class:  Complete rows 1 - 4 of the pattern
