Knitting for Peace 2020 via ZOOM

Since 2016, knitters & crocheters around the world have been creating with the Peace Project at Advent, starting the first week of December. This heartfelt seasonal project, conceived & produced by Iowa designer Christina Campbell, has introduced several beloved patterns & many beautiful, intentional finished objects! This year’s Peace Project theme is Peace in Place, & focuses on creating peace with self, with others, & throughout our planet. Christina also posts daily peace meditations on her blog, The Healthy Knitter.
This year’s Peace KAL is a shawl pattern. Pattern information (yarn, needles, etc - everything that you need to prepare) will be available on November 18; the full pattern will drop on Nov. 30. Proceeds from the pattern sale will benefit an appropriate peace-oriented organization.

Visit the Ravelry page here to secure your pattern and project details.

Your zoom link will be sent out the evening before the first KAL date and will be the same for the duration of the event.

Please join us on Zoom for this fun, inspiring, & meditative KAL, led by yarn designer & teacher Jennifer Miller! Free & all are welcome.
