Weaving in a Rigid Heddle Loom for Beginners: Weave a Scarf



In this class students will learn the basic techniques of weaving.  We will plan a project, measure the warp, sley the reed and dress the 15 inch Cricket Loom.  We will then weave a beautiful alpaca scarf.  All looms, yarn and equipment will be provided.  Finishing techniques will be discussed and demonstrated.  Scarves will be completed in class so that everyone takes their scarf home.


Skill Level: Beginner - no previous experience needed.
Materials Included: Loom provided for use in class.
