Ravelry 101 (ZOOM)
Ravelry is a place for knitters, crocheters, designers, spinners, weavers and dyers to keep track of yarn, tools, project and pattern information and look to others for ideas and inspiration. If you are not using Ravelry you are missing out!!
The content is all user- driven; we as a community make the site what it is. Ravelry is a great place for you to keep notes about your projects, see what other people are making, find the perfect pattern or yarn, and connect with people who love to play with yarn from all over the world in the forums.
In this class you'll learn the ins and outs of Ravelry, and how to use it to your advantage! Track projects, learn tips from designers, buy patterns, join forums, and so much more! Each session is tailored to the interests and level of the class, so come ask and learn what you need to customize your Ravelry experience.
Students need to have a computer, tablet or phone capable of connecting to Ravelry via internet. Optional: It can be helpful to have two devices - one to follow the screen share on zoom, and another to access Ravelry directly.

Your Zoom link will be sent out the evening before class. If you do not see it, check your spam filter.
Class is recorded and the recording is sent out within 24 hours of the Live class. Students have access to the recording for 7 days.
Cancellation Policy for LYS Classes
DISCLAIMER: Class may be cancelled if less than 3 students are enrolled.
If LYS cancels the class, payment for your class will be refunded in full or can be transferred to another upcoming class. If we do need to cancel your class for low enrollment, the decision will be made 24 hours in advance and students will be notified by phone and/or email.
Class may also be cancelled for inclement weather or instructor illness. Students will be notified by phone if this happens and can attend the rescheduled class or have their class fee returned 100%.
Refund Policy for LYS Classes
If you need to return your class enrollment for a refund for any reason, we completely understand! Sometimes things pop up and life gets in the way of our crafting.
See the time table below for eligible refunds on LYS classes:

24 - 72 hours prior notice — 50% refund for store credit

Less than 24 hours prior notice — Not eligible for a refund.
Student no-shows are also not eligible for a refund.
