Learn to Spin with the Longmont Yarn Shoppe at St. Vrain Cidery
Put your hands on a drop spindle and feel the fiber being turned into yarn!
This is a 2 hour basic lesson on how to use a drop spindle and fiber to make yarn. Your spindle is yours to keep! You'll be amazed at how fun and easy it is to make your own yarn!
Mark and Darla of Warp and Woolens are the lead instructors at this event, assisted by the Longmont Yarn Shoppe Spinning Community & Staff. Pre-register to secure your seat! Join us and have some fun!
St. Vrain Cidery is located at 350 Terry St, Suite 130 (east side alleyway).
Famous for their fine fermentations and friendly atmosphere, they are the largest all cider taproom in Colorado, This will be a great venue to learn the art of Drop Spindle Spinning!
