Fiber Friday Decorative Cast-ons with with Ann Budd via ZOOM!
Add interest and unexpected flair to your next project with a decorative cast-on. In this class you'll learn an assortment of Ann's favorites, including Two-Color Long-Tail, Channel Island, I-Cord, Fringe, Double-Start, and Braid methods.
An illustrated handout of the various techniques will be provided.
If you'd like to practice the techniques demonstrated, you'll need two colors of worsted-weight yarn and size U.S. 7 (4.5 mm) knitting needles.
Park City Cowl and Blue Lobstah Cowl are 2 suggested patterns that you can use that are enhanced by a decorative Cast On!! These use the Channel Island cast on!
