Discover the profound healing power of knitting and crocheting with Mary Ann. Experience each class as a journey towards relaxation and freedom from stiffness. Just like learning these crafts, developing your own unique style takes practice and dedication.
During each session we will uncover the therapeutic benefits of gentle hand and shoulder movements, specifically targeting the muscles we rely on the most letting you immerse yourself in the meditative practice of knitting and crocheting, guided by the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.
During one of the most hectic times of the year we encourage you to embrace the opportunity to slow down, find a seat, and bask in peaceful tranquility while your knitting or crochet project rests in your hands.
Join us for this transformative three-session series, where each session builds upon the knowledge gained in the previous one. While participating in all three sessions is recommended, you can still appreciate the profound benefits of Mary Ann's guided meditation by joining any of the sessions.
“Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It is a way of entering into the quiet that is already there.”
