FIBER FRIDAY with Mary Ann Gebhardt: The Mindful Rhythm of Knitting and Crochet via ZOOM!

Discover the profound healing power of knitting and crocheting with Mary Ann. Experience each class as a journey towards relaxation and freedom from stiffness. Just like learning these crafts, developing your own unique style takes practice and dedication.
During our session we will uncover the therapeutic benefits of gentle hand and shoulder movements, specifically targeting the muscles we rely on the most letting you immerse yourself in the meditative practice of knitting and crocheting, guided by the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.
During one of the most hectic times of the year we encourage you to embrace the opportunity to slow down, find a seat, and bask in peaceful tranquility while your knitting or crochet project rests in your hands.
Find comfortable seat in your home for the class. Bring along any current project that is meditative in nature or select one of Mary Ann's suggestions for a new project.
