Steek a Pair of Coasters! (in person)

Cut your knitting? Are you SILLY? Why would anyone do that? Well, knitting stranded colorwork is easier in the round. Not to mention that our tension is usually more consistent in the round as well. Whether you decide to make a set of single-color or stranded colorwork coasters as homework, we will all hold each other’s hands and cheer for one another while we cut our knitted coasters. You’ll have the chance to steek your coasters twice and the opportunity to finish at least one in class. No liquid courage required!
Materials:
Print and follow instructions for Steek Coaster Homework
Continuation of pattern handed out during class
Refer to the initial pattern above for all supplies needed to make your coasters at home as well as the list of materials to bring to class.
HOMEWORK - Complete the knitted set of coasters. Whether you opt for the
solid/single-color version or the version with a simple stranded color work
pattern, it’s just 60 stitches and about 35 rows/rounds
