Knitting Technique Roundup with Christie (in person)

Have you gotten to that one step in a pattern and had to quit because you don’t know how? Or are you unhappy with how something looks and would like a little bit of help perfecting a technique? Then this is the place for you.

Join Christie as she demonstrates a few of the most common beginner techniques and you’ll feel like a pro in no time. We’ll cover different ways to knit a small circumference (magic loop, DPNs, and short circular needles), weaving in ends “regular” and the “weave-in-Stephen” ways, understanding your yarn labels, reading patterns, or any other questions you bring to the class.

This is a hands-on opportunity to bring technique questions to a group setting so everyone can learn together!

Materials to bring to class: 

Needles of your choice to work in the round - US 5, 6 or 7
DK or worsted wt yarn - light colors are easiest to see your work
