Crochet Hats That Fit! (In Person)
Hats are great gifts and fun portable projects to crochet, but nothing is more frustrating that a hat that doesn’t fit. Would you love to always crochet a hat that fits and be able to use whatever weight yarn you have handy?
In this class you will learn how to pick the right hook for your yarn, the measurements you need, plus tips and tricks for making a hat that will always be just the fit and size you want.
During the class you will use a small head mannequin, provided by the instructor, for measurements to crochet a hat that fits it. You will also learn the Adjustable Slip Knot start, working tall stitches in continuous rounds, 2 different increase methods, and tips for a snug ribbed brim/cuff to finish off the hat. All these techniques will be practiced on the class project.

Cancellation Policy for LYS Classes
DISCLAIMER: Class may be cancelled if less than 3 students are enrolled.
If LYS cancels the class, payment for your class will be refunded in full or can be transferred to another upcoming class. If we do need to cancel your class for low enrollment, the decision will be made 24 hours in advance and students will be notified by phone and/or email.
Class may also be cancelled for inclement weather or instructor illness. Students will be notified by phone if this happens and can attend the rescheduled class or have their class fee returned 100%.

If you need to return your class enrollment for a refund for any reason, we completely understand! Sometimes things pop up and life gets in the way of our crafting.

Less than 24 hours prior notice — Not eligible for a refund.
Student no-shows are also not eligible for a refund.
