KIDS! Crochet a Hat

You are getting comfortable with crocheting in rows and now you want to crochet a hat. Come join Andee for this fun class to learn everything you need to know to successfully crochet and finish a hat from the top down using primarily double crochet and single crochet stitches. In class you will crochet an infant size hat and learn how to use your pattern for making 5 different sizes of hats; Baby, Toddler, Child, Small Adult, and Large Adult.

Materials Needed:  Print out of Simple Double Crochet Hat Pattern. 150+ yards smooth worsted weight yarn in light/medium colors; Crochet hook – Size H (5 mm); 2 Locking Stitch markers; Blunt yarn needle for weaving in ends and sewing.

Cancellation Policy for LYS Classes 

DISCLAIMER: Class may be cancelled if less than 3 students are enrolled. 

If LYS cancels the class, payment for your class will be refunded in full or can be transferred to another upcoming class. If we do need to cancel your class for low enrollment, the decision will be made 24 hours in advance and students will be notified by phone and/or email. 

Class may also be cancelled for inclement weather or instructor illness. Students will be notified by phone if this happens and can attend the rescheduled class or have their class fee returned 100%.

Refund Policy for LYS Classes 

If you need to return your class enrollment for a refund for any reason, we completely understand! Sometimes things pop up and life gets in the way of our crafting. 

See the time table below for eligible refunds on LYS classes: 

• At least 72 hours prior notice — 100% refund 

• 24 - 72 hours prior notice — 50% refund for store credit 

• Less than 24 hours prior notice — Not eligible for a refund. 

Student no-shows are also not eligible for a refund.
