Level Up Your Granny Square Game via ZOOM!

Learn all the tips and tricks for crocheting, finishing and joining your granny squares from a professional crochet designer (and the designer of “Helen’s Yarn Adventures” blanket pattern).

Students will learn 3 methods for joining new colors and how weave in all those ends to create a fabric that is both beautiful and long wearing, how to join your squares together both by sewing and by crocheting them together. plus secrets for blocking and edging your granny square project.

This class will be taught on Zoom, so that all the close up demos will be easy to see on your computer screen.

Materials List: 
Crochet Hook - size H or I 
Smooth worsted wt yarn - suggest Berroco Ultra Wool, Malabrigo Rios, Super Moon Worsted, Sun Valley Worsted in quantities listed in the pattern.

HOMEWORK prior to class:
Using Helen’s Yarn Adventures” pattern, Crochet 10 Granny Squares before the class:  1 square just the first 3 rounds, 9 squares using all 4 rounds. These are for practice so you can make your squares all in one color if desired. Leave your tails on at least 2 of the squares loose to practice the end weaving techniques in the class.
