Punch Needle Rug Hooking - Knitted Sheep Fiber Art

Are you interested in learning more about the Oxford Mini needle?  LYS is chock full of fun kits for this needle size from The Bee Skep.  In this class you will learn all about the Oxford #14 Needle, AKA the Mini, which creates a delightful ⅛ inch loop, as well as its taller cousin, the Mini with Heels.  We will be working on the Knitted Sheep kit from StoryTeller Wool in class.

Are you brand new to Punch Needle rug hooking?  All the skills learned in this class can be applied smaller to punch needle embroidery or larger to Punch Needle rug hooking with the regular size Oxford Needles. Choose from 5 different sheep colors in class.

Required materials: Oxford #14 or #13

No need to own a frame for this class, the kit has a built in display frame that you punch right into.  A knitting needle is included in the kit as a charming way to hang your “Knitted Sheep” on your wall.  This adorable kit is included in your class fee.

Students will need a #14 Oxford Punch for class and can purchase it here or at class.  Use code STUDENT10 to save 10% off of your punch.
