In and Out Scarf
This fun scarf is perfect for mastering increasing and decreasing in crochet. The playful shaping along the edges is created by working increases and decreases that make hexagonal shapes stacked on top of each other. This is a great project for using colorful hand-dyed yarns or yarns with long graduated color changes. You will also learn how to make a simple fringe edge using your crochet hook.
Materials:
Pattern provided at class with handout.
Yarn - (best choice worsted weight in light/medium colors)
Berroco “Ultra Wool”
Berroco “Millefiori”
Crochet hooks – Size I (5.5mm) or J (6mm)
3 Locking Stitch markers
Blunt yarn needle for weaving in ends
