Spiraling Stripes Crochet Hat



Striped hats are a great way to use up smaller balls of yarn in your stash, but how can you work them without lots of color changes and ends to weave in? The answer is crocheting in spiraling continuous rounds. Spirals are fun to make and a great way to create seamless fabric, which is perfect for a stretchy comfy hat. In this class you’ll learn the tips and tricks that will have you crocheting a 2 color spiral striped hat.

After this class you’ll be hooked on crocheting colorful striped hats for everyone you know.


Materials:
Spiraling Stripes Hat pattern available on Ravelry
Two skeins of worsted weight yarn in two contrasting colors, such as Ella Rae Cozy Soft, Farmer's Daughter Squish Worsted, Berroco Ultra Wool or Malabrigo Rios.  Crochet Hook 4mm - 6mm (G-J).  Bring a blunt yarn needle for weaving in ends.  Need Locking stitch markers in 2 colors (2 in one color, 6 in another)

Requirements: Comfortable with making chain, slip st, single crochet, half double crochet stitches, reading stitches and fabric.
