Thrummed Hat

Learn how to warm up your knitting by Thrumming!  Thrumming adds an insulating layer to hats and mittens by placing roving or small pieces of un-spun sheep's wool through the knitted piece.  The fleece forms poofy pockets of insulation as each end of the thrum hangs inside the hat or mitten.

Learn this easy method to add to your knitting bag of tricks while you make a super warm hat for winter!
