Tapestry Crochet Hat via Zoom



Ever wanted to learn crochet colorwork?  This class will teach you the basics in crochet color work skills that you can then use in larger projects! Finish up with beautiful colorful hat for yourself or as a gift.

4 colors of worsted weight yarn.  Suggested yarn: Rios by Malabrigo, Ultra Wool, Cozy Alpaca.

Size “I” hook and possibly a “J” hook as well- keeping in mind that color work can typically affect your gauge.

Darning needle, scissors, and faux fur pom-pom.

Homework:
Read through the pattern and make a gauge swatch;
14 stitches= 4 inches, adjust hook size as necessary to make the correct gauge.

Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: Advance Beginner: Must know how to read a crochet pattern. Must know how to chain, single crochet, half double crochet, basic crochet skills needed.
Requirements: Yarn must be purchased at Longmont Yarn Shoppe. Students enjoy at 10% discount for all materials purchased for the class.
