Color and Weave (in person)

In this class students will continue to work on creating patterns through the layout of color in the warp and the weft while creating a beautiful scarf or table runner. Color and weave is centered around plain weave, the magic of the patterns comes from how colors in the warp are threaded onto the loom  and the interaction with the weft color order. In class students will be presented with a variety of different color and weave patterns, choosing one for their project. There are so many opportunities for wonderful patterns using color and weave. It is a great skill to have in order to create a wide array of plain weave fabrics with a flare.
