Twill on the Rigid Heddle Loom (in person)

Twill is not just for floor looms! Come learn how to create a wide range of twill patterns on the rigid heddle loom. Students will convert their rigid heddle loom into a four harness loom using two heddles, a pick up stick and heddle rod.  In class we will go over how to read harness loom drafts and how to convert the drafts to be woven on the rigid heddle loom. Twill unlocks the door to creating diagonal lines in handwovens allowings for a huge range of new patterns to be discovered.
