National Parks or State Hats by Theodora's Pearls
Capture the beauty of our Colorado and western National Parks, by knitting a beanie based on Nancy Bates' very popular book, Knitting the National Parks, and her newest book, Knitting the U.S.A. Our local yarn dyer, Theodora's Pearls, has made hat bundles using 100% superwash Merino, with full skeins or 50g or 25g skeins in colors appropriate for each design. Please note that the patterns are not included with these bundles (yarn only), but you can get your copy of Knitting the National Parks, Knitting the U.S.A., or we can help you get the pattern, if available, on Ravelry.
Bundles include the following state and national parks. Those shown in italics are coming soon!
Colorado: Colorado state hat, or these Colorado national parks: Rocky Mountain National Park, Great Sand Dunes, Mesa Verde, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison
Wyoming Parks: Yellowstone and Grand Teton
Utah Parks: Arches, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Zion
Arizona: Grand Canyon
