- June 2026: One skein of Illusion DK by Lang plus a custom stitch marker - This beautiful yarn is a mix of cotton and bamboo viscose which stands out for its unique color effect. Each strand is printed separately with the same dye repeat, before being twisted together, which produces ever-changing combinations of color throughout the yarn. When knitted or crocheted, this mouliné construction creates a fabric with even color distribution and a shimmering, almost hypnotic effect, similar to a mirage. Recommended patterns available from Ravelry (not included in kit): Kila Tote by Stina Frigaard (knit) or Maui Market Bag by Susan E. Kennedy (crochet). Both are free patterns available through Ravelry.
- May 2026: Lavender Love for Mom - This month featured a special kit curated by your LYS staff to let your mother, grandmother, aunt, or special friend know that you are thinking of them during the month of May. In addition to this lovely skein of yarn will be a special stitch marker, a lavender shower steamer and weighted face mask for some personal soothing, topped off with a sampling of chamomile and lavender tea for a relaxing cup of hot tea.
